Metateel Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Metateel purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

Eligibility Conditions
Please review the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and include all packing materials and accessories.
Return Packaging: If you have discarded the original shipping box, it is your responsibility to find and pay for appropriate return packaging. Metateel will not reimburse the cost of the return box and packaging.
Damage Responsibility: We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear. Refunds will generally be issued in the same manner as the original purchase. If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or credit card company for assistance.
Note: Shipping and handling costs to your location and for returning to our warehouse will be deducted from your final refund amount.

All Metateel products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of receipt. Any product failure resulting from its normal intended use (breakdown, defect, etc. that prevents proper operation) will be replaced during this warranty period. We may request photos of the issue when you contact us. If we determine that the product failure is due to misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day return period has passed.

Damage During Shipping: If an item was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team with your name, order number, and photos of the damage. We can be reached at (840)212-9236 or metateel.service@gmail.com.
Replacement Parts
If needed, replacement parts will be provided at no additional charge, as long as they are requested within one year of receipt of the product. Full product replacement is only available within the 30-day risk-free period after receipt of the product.

Cancelled Orders
Before Shipping: If we receive your cancellation request before your order ships, there will be no cancellation fee.
After Shipping: If the cancellation request is received after the order has shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your full refund to cover cancellation and return costs.
