If you are not completely satisfied with your Metateel purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review the conditions below.
Items must be in new condition, original box, with all packing materials and accessories.
If original box is unavailable, you are responsible for appropriate return packaging.
Allow 10 business days for credit to appear. Shipping costs deducted from refund.
Note: If return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee.
