Fits Power Adapters up to 1.55 in. Wide
The power compartment accommodates charging adapters up to 1.55 inches wide. For larger adapters, we recommend using short extension cords to maintain an organized fit. Short extension cords are not included.

Feels sturdy so far. Nice color. The front door is misaligned and has to wiggle in. The back doesn't have enough space to house all the chargers comfortably.
I have assembled four of these units at our school. Some of the screw holes had paint covering them, so it took a little extra effort to align the screws during assembly. I also broke a few of the plastic divider clips, but in hindsight, that was probably due to me applying more force than necessary because I wanted to make sure everything was securely installed. Once assembled, the units are sturdy and work as intended.

The screw holes and divider clips are designed to withstand normal assembly and daily use, so what you described is not typical. In some cases, paint residue in pre-drilled holes or excessive force during installation may affect assembly.
